Storm season peaks: Hurricane Florence still far from landfall, uncertainty remains for East Coast

Regardless of Florence's eventual track, large ocean swells are likely to arrive along the beaches of the Mid-Atlantic states, resulting in life-threatening surf and rip currents.
Forecasts for Tropical Storm Florence have narrowed, and it's not the news residents of Bermuda and the U.S. East Coast were hoping for as the storm seems now more likely to hit the two countries Weather Channel reports. Given the uncertainty, we encourage all interests along the U.S. East Coast to closely monitor the progression of Florence. The storm, expected to regain hurricane strength, poses the threat of heavy rain, risky surf and rip currents. And it's definitely too early to tell where they will go.
