Taken at a happy hour on April 5 at the Smokin' Oyster Brewery in Fort Myers, the video shows Lois Riess, of Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, talking to a woman police later identified as 59-year-old Pamela Hutchinson, of Bradenton. Authorities say she may have targeted Hutchinson because the two women looked alike.

"She smiles and looks like anyone's mother or grandmother", Carmine Marceno, a Lee County, Fla. undersheriff told NBC News.

Reiss is considered armed and unsafe and should not be approached. Those charges are expected to be filed within the next couple days.

Riess is also wanted on felony theft charges for allegedly transferring close to $10,000 from a bank account for her husband's business to another of his personal accounts before forging his signature on three checks totaling $11,000.

Authorities don't believe the women knew each other, but that Riess killed Hutchinson earlier this week to assume her identity.

From Iowa, police believe, Riess drove to Lee County, Florida.

Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS.

Authorities are anxious that when Reiss runs out of resources she might kill again and say she has a history of gambling and addiction problems. They stayed in touch with her via Facebook, where she posted photos of her relaxing stay.

"It was just evil", Jeffreys said.

Riess' whereabouts remained a mystery until last week, when she became a suspect in Hutchinson's murder after authorities in Florida found a white 2005 Cadillac Escalade that Riess was believed to have been driving after her husband's death.

The obituary for David Riess was published last week, and mentioned his children and grandchildren, but not wife.

On the "Today" broadcast, Marceno said that Riess will run out of money and could possibly kill again.
