Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban was reportedly investigated by OR cops in 2011 after a woman claimed he sexually assaulted her in a bar.

A woman accused Cuban of drunkenly shoving his hand down her trousers and penetrating her vagina at a downtown nightclub, prompting a police investigation, Willamette Week reported Tuesday night.

"I filed the report because what he did was wrong", she was quoted as saying by Willamette Week. "It didn't happen", he wrote in an e-mail to The Associated Press on Tuesday.

The unnamed accuser has alleged that the abuse went down in Portland in 2011, while the pair were posing for a photoshoot after a Dallas Mavericks away game.

"I don't have any tolerance for what I've read", Cuban told Sports Illustrated.

"In both images, Cuban's right shoulder is lowered and he appears to be stretching to reach his arm down", the detective's report says. "I stand behind that report 1,000 percent". A woman claimed that, while taking a picture at a nightclub, the Dallas Mavericks owner "thrust his hand down the back of her jeans and penetrated her vagina with his finger".

Cuban also denied the allegations in an email to the paper.

A detective in the case described two of the photos as "significant" in his report, according to Willamette Week.

"These allegations are thoroughly investigated by the Multnomah County District's Attorney's Office and the Portland Police Bureau", Houze said in a statement, as per Willamette Weekly. Cuban and no one observed any inappropriate behavior by Mr.

One appeared to show Cuban reaching toward the woman's buttocks.

Later, Cuban lamented the he-said/she-said nature of the allegations.

Cuban also forwarded along the memo written by the prosecutors announcing their decision not to move forward with the case "because the complainant does not want to proceed and I have concluded no crime can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt". The story alleged that Mavericks CEO and president Terdema Ussery is notorious for sexual harassment and put the spotlight on other Mavericks staff members as sexual harassment perpetrators.
