Apple Announces WWDC 2018 – Kicks Off on June 4 in San Jose, Registrations Open Now

Apple has announced its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) will kick off June 4-8 in San Jose, again at the McEnery Convention Center, like previous year. Developers and Apple enthusiasts everywhere can live-stream the conference on the WWDC app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV as well as through the Apple Developer website.
As for what to expect from Apple at WWDC?
Students and STEM organization members can apply to receive a conference ticket, lodging, and one year of membership in the Apple Developer Program. The regular price for attendees is $1,599, and Apple will notify those lucky enough to be selected for one by March 23 at 5pm PT. Developers can register starting on March 22 at 10 a.m. and will be randomly selected.
Those who aren't picked could potentially attend alternative events, such as AltConf - which was also announced on Monday and is free to attend.
